Sorry to disappoint those of you who are tuning in for yet another episode in my story (like I’m all that interesting), but I thought I’d let you know that I did register yesterday for the Honolulu Bicycling League Century Ride, marking the fourth straight year I’ll participate in it. I’m training, although not as well as I’d like to be.

At the same time, a new derailleur for the Bianchi also showed up in today’s mail (as well as a Kamen Rider DVD set for my friend Richelle, but that’s a whole other matter entirely). So while I need to ride (kind of desperately, as I’ve been sick this week), I also need to fix up the bike. That will happen, I hope, this weekend (“That” being both riding and fixing up the bike). I’m also finally off for an extra day on Monday, which will really help me get my riding into gear.
