Never Mind Triple Workout Thursday–Here’s Quadruple Workout Saturday!

I’ve been talking for awhile about triple workout Thursday–my attempts on Thursdays to get in a cycling, swimming, and some other (sometimes running, sometimes weights) workout.

This week I decided to change things up a bit on the weekend, going for quadruple workout Saturday.

Two hours on the bike; one hour in the pool; a weight workout; and a two mile run.

Done.

It was hard, but not as hard as I thought it would be. And I was okay enough to do two and a half hours on the bike the next day.

I’m not advocating others to do the same as I, but this seems to work for me. Good luck on your own training plan and let us know what works!
