I’m catching up. Unfortunately, the training for the century combined with all kinds of other obligations (blogging, working, and a few birthdays and weddings this month) have conspired to put me far behind in getting things done.

I’m taking a few days off from some of my off time obligations to get caught up–including getting caught up on this blog–right now.

I guess the lesson is that balance is important. I’ve been so occupied with a few activities–important ones, but just a few–that I’ve neglected too many others.

This week I’m committing myself to go back into a balanced situation to catch up with the rest of my life that’s been left behind the last few weeks.
