My Story, Part Sixty Eight

It’s like I’ve woken up again. The century has been done for awhile, I’m physically recovered from my near heat stroke and the various pain and tightness associated with that.

I’ve also had a really busy few weeks with a couple of weddings and a couple of birthday parties–either done or on the horizon. I’ve barely had any time to just do things I need to do–like pay bills or cook dinner, let alone actually work out seriously.

Fortunately, I’ve had a bit of time where I excused myself from non-essential obligations to just work on getting my life back together.

I’m not quite there yet, but I’m getting there. One of the questions that is unanswered, of course, is where does fitness fit in–it obviously needs to be there, but where I’m less sure. I still have goals and I still want to up my fitness–I just have to find more time in my schedule for it, so some things may have to give.

What those are I don’t yet know.
