My Story, Part Seventy
I’m making progress. Slowly, but it’s coming.
I’d fallen so off the wagon the last few weeks I stopped making the smoothies for dinner I had done for months. Instead I was either eating out or eating more cheese sticks and almonds, chased by a Diet Pepsi.
That has to stop.
I’ve also been sleeping until 6:30 and my morning workouts have consisted primarily of weights.
That also has to stop.
Progress is not always quick, and recently it’s been the opposite of it. But I’m out of excuses and I need to get going again.
Slowly.
I’ll run in the morning.
