My Story Part Seventy Seven
I’m regaining lost ground. My weight which had gone over 190 is now back in the high 180s and I’m hoping back to my baseline 185 soon. Part of that is hard work–getting those 7:15 am runs in last week, as well as making sure I continued on the bike.
Part of that was also being sick. Not the best way to lose weight but when you have difficulty swallowing for a few days, well, you make do with what you can.
Today I also participated in #tweeball, a gathering of some local Twitterers to play basketball. We’ve been doing it once a month for three months now; take a break until next year, but it’s been fun and gotten a sweat going too.
What I’m hoping is that despite the short week and upcoming American Thanksgiving, I can keep regaining lost ground the next few weeks.
