A Quick Comeback
My body weight has come back to the high 180s, much more acceptable than the low 190s I was just a couple of weeks ago. The big issue was that I was overeating, and not eating the foods that I was making myself. I was getting way too used to eating out and not as used to making a smoothie for dinner on Tuesday and Wednesday.
That stopped last week and the reversal was rather dramatic.
Of course, it was also in combination with my being ill, which undoubtedly helped my weight to plunge since I was having a lot of difficulty swallowing.
Still, I’m glad I could come back down to my baseline weight so quickly. Now let’s see how I do with the rest of my comeback.
