Several of my Twitter friends ran in the Honolulu Marathon this past Sunday. I was not one of them; having done the 2008 marathon (horribly injured and not well trained) I’m not thinking runs of that length are really for me.

That said, it was inspiring to see how well some of them did. Two of them (the previously mentioned @tadasauce and @AlohaJohn) were in their first marathons and did really well; Brad was under five hours!

I’ve not changed my mind about doing another marathon, but at least I’m thinking about it a bit.
