Where I’m Hitting the Road
Using Google Maps while I find a reasonable way to measure my running distances and speeds, here’s some of my current routes:
This is the three mile out and back route that my running partner (who I guess will be known here as Twitterless E) do two times a week (supposed to be three times but the third time I extend it a little further by starting earlier, to four miles, which is the next map):
Here’s that four mile route which is an extension of the previous one:
Here’s an alternative three mile out and back from home:
And finally, here’s a five mile route (this one about totally flat) I ran as my long run last week:
