My Story, Part Ninety Four
I need to do the little things. At this point that means bicycle maintenance. I badly need to replace my seatpost, headset, cassette, and wheels, as well as rewrap my handlebars and install my cyclometer, and even though I own the things to get lots of these done–and the rest are really not all that expensive–it hasn’t gotten done. I also need new running shoes (and for that matter, work shoes).
Why? I’ve been training. And, recently, I’ve been traveling.
Those can’t be the excuses, because if some of these things don’t get done soon, I won’t be able to train. I’m hoping I can take care of at least a few of these tomorrow night.
The little things are important. They have to get done. And soon, I plan to get them done.
