The weather is starting to turn, and it’s not helping me out. While it didn’t rain hard by any means today, it was enough to screw up the traffic, which screwed up my time schedule, and cost me a bike ride.

In addition, while running in mid day has been a lot better on the morning time crunch–and with actually running at all–for me and my partner, it’s been getting really, really hot, so we’re considering going back to mornings, when we had a compliance rate of about 70%, vs. the over 90% we’re at now.

Still, it’s not horrible. And I hope we have a few nice days leading into Monday’s big run.
