My Story, Part One Hundred Four
I’m missing my bedtimes. I haven’t submitted to the forces that throw me from my workout schedules but I’m not totally free of those failures either. The weather has been exceptional–until Sunday–but work has been more of an issue than I thought it would be and keeping up my blogging (including here) and writing code has taken up time too.
So I’ve been staying up later to try to catch up.
This can’t be the best long term idea that I’ve ever had. That 9:30 bed time and its associated rest tends to be helpful in terms of my health and fitness; it’s just not so helpful in terms of getting things done.
I have to get this worked out better.
