My Story, Part One Hundred Five

Routine has its own challenges. I am desperately trying to get myself back into the groove I was in before my Oakland trip in late January and am finding tons of reasons I can’t get back there.

Even right now I’m out of routine as I write this, two hours past my usual bedtime.

The challenges I’m finding are threefold: if work is busy, if I’m on call, or if I’m involved in events that are special rather than regularly scheduled–like helping a friend move or going to a fundraiser–it’s extremely difficult for me to get done what I’m want to get done.

This has to stop somehow. In fact, in a few minutes I’ll hit the sack and try once again to break out of this funk.

    fight the funk! 😀
i think falling out of routine once in a while is normal! Just don’t start regretting whatever activity it was that you did instead of working out. It’s all about making time for what’s worth time, and always enjoying every moment of it ;D
