Making it Up
I’ve been missing some workouts recently. The weather is one of the things I blame, and my crazy schedule is another, but all those are are reasons I don’t get done what I need to get done.
What I need to do is make up those times.
When I miss an hour ride, it’s not that hard to add a second hour onto a ride (or a third or a fourth). For running it’s harder, but I am striving to make those up if I miss them, either the next day or maybe during the night (or after work).
Fortunately, I’ve built in some days for rain, sickness, and out and out flaking into my schedule. But that doesn’t mean I can skip out on training.
I have to make it up somehow. And I will.
