Excuses Won’t Whip Me Into Shape
It’s raining. It’s windy. It’s cold. I’m tired. I have reports due. I’m not up to date on my blog.
Enough.
Excuses, valid or not, are not what’s going to get me into shape to do the Ford Island 10K, the Haleiwa Metric Century, the Livestrong Challenge, or the Honolulu Century.
Only working out and proper diet are going to get me there.
Time to stop making excuses and get myself out there. It’s a double workout day today.
