My Story: Part One Hundred Seventeen
I’m feeling okay but a little worried. The weather, my sore ITB, and my schedule have conspired to get me less training time than I’d like–although admittedly, that didn’t hurt me in the Ford Island 10K.
The one event coming up at the end of the month is one I haven’t ridden since two years ago, in an an area of the island I’m barely familiar with–Haleiwa, on the north shore, which for someone like me is like another country.
Still, I’m hoping my training is decent enough to get me through this one, and helps to catapault me 62 miles at the end of the month.
