My Story Part One Hundred Twenty Four
I’m slowed by weather and my schedule. Last week I was out every night either working or work meetings or social obligations. Saturday I spent just recovering, and Sunday–today–the rain is horrible.
Not the best training, no. And in addition, because I’ve been on the go so much my diet has been lacking too.
This is not unusual, but it needs to end again.
Right now I’m eating a salad at the local McDonalds for lunch; hoping the weather clears up while blogging about my fitness is at least getting me to think about making some changes.
Hopefully those changes actually get made real soon now.
