My Story Part One Hundred Twenty Nine
I’m doing okay, but I could be better. My results have been more than decent, but I’m just not feeling like I’m training or eating as I’m supposed to.
I spend so much time trying to figure out how to get myself to follow the schedules I set forth I’m not sure if I’d be better off just training instead of planning. Like, as soon as I start thinking, “Regroup,” grab the bike and do an hour.
That’s likely not practical, even if it sounds like it could be a plan.
I’d like to do better than okay. Even if okay is sufficient. I plan to. I’ll figure out a way–even if it means not figuring it out.
