Creeping Back Up
My weight has been creeping back up. I haven’t been following it as well as I have in the past, but I know I’ve been down with a back injury a lot of the past week and even previous to then I was struggling with keeping my schedule the way I wanted it.
So now I have one more reason to get myself working out harder. Getting my weight back down to 185 is something I absolutely need to do–if not lower. Losing weight is typically job one for a Type II diabetic, so it’s time for me to go back to job one.
