I’m injured but I believe not too much. I fell on today’s hike, scraping my knee. I was able to finish the hike without much difficulty, but my right knee–where I fell–felt a little odd.

So I put off today’s ride, although I’m still considering doing one, just not very long.

We’ll see how I feel tomorrow.
