My Story Part One Hundred Forty
I’m back. Took some time off for my “forced” vacation, which unfortunately included my getting heat exhaustion and my aunt passing away unexpectedly, triggering a bit more time off.
And I’m back with a vengeance.
Kick started my running routine this week–already I’ve done two three milers and a five miler, and the test will be on Sunday afternoon, when I try my first ten miler in a long time.
And remember, running is my secondary sport.
Cycling is my number one endeavor, and I’m off to a four time a week schedule–two one hours, a two hour, and a three hour–three needs to become four really soon now, then in early August four becomes five.
I’ll be ready.
