The Other Half of My Health Equation
I can work out, work out, and work out.
At most, it’s only half of what keeps me healthy.
The other half is diet.
Diet is where I often fail. Part of the issue is simple: I have to eat. And while I make a lot of efforts to eat healthily (what is healthy is as always open for debate), I’m often eating out due to my schedule.
In addition to that, the low carbohydrate products which were so helpful to me in previous years have largely gone away–the most recent victim appears to be Silk low carbohydrate soy milk.
And, of course… I like to eat. More like love to.
