And Sometimes My Body Doesn’t Lie to Me
I’m sick. I said this already. I’m trying to push through and I actually had a great hike his morning with a bunch of Twitter friends, but this afternoon I’m definitely not feeling well.
It could be that my new workout schedule is leaving me tired. Or that the four days off I have are counter to my health–when I have that many days off I tend to sleep later, get up later, and get off schedule.
In any case, this illness is real. It’s not a false one, the sometimes stress induced two days of cold I get once in awhile.
Learning to listen to your body is one of the key things to do athletically.
