Fifteen!

It was another milestone in my training–this week I ran fifteen miles.

It was hot and slow, but it was run. I also threw in a few of the same hills I’ll be facing in the actual marathon.

I’m finding that while the numbers are still intimidating, I can actually get these miles done, and without awful pain or exhaustion.

Hoping things continue to go well here.
