My Story, Part One Hundred Sixty Five
I’m confused. I actually was one week ahead in my training program and since I really did not want to do more than one nineteen mile run I took last week easy and did a hike of a few hours rather than a full on long run.
Went back for an easy eight miler Saturday which was reasonably quick for an “easy” run, but my knees weren’t all that thrilled with that.
My plan is to do my final long run–the longest of this program–Sunday. Nineteen miles.
Hopefully my knees like that one.
