My Story, Part One Hundred Seventy One
It’s time to seriously get down to business, at least in terms of some of these fitness goals. I spent a few minutes this long holiday weekend trying to figure out what some of them were.
As far as fitness goes, I’ll list one every couple of days and comment (and free feel to comment as well).
Goal one: Get sugars back down.
This is one of the side effects from training for the marathon–as well as just being someone who loves to eat. Marathon training didn’t really help me lose weight, partly because I had to keep eating to just have enough calories to do some of these runs, and I wasn’t necessarily eating the best foods either.
Now that the marathon is over, it’s time to do better.
This is goal number one. If I can’t do this, the rest aren’t that useful.
