My Story, Part One Hundred Seventy Two
Goal two: Weight down to 165 from 180 (or so).
Part of this is to try to win a friendly wager with a coworker, but part of this is because I really believe to get closer to peak performance, I need td lose weight.
Yes, weight is not the end all–body fat percentage is more important, and the book I’m currently working through, Racing Weight, emphasizes that. I’m going to be blogging on the book and my progress as time goes on; let’s just say that my other goal is to halve my body fat percentage, from the 29.1 it’s currently at to 14.5 by the end of 2011.
This is not going to be easy. But I’m going to give it a shot.
