Short Term Goal: Increasing My Three Mile Time
My next race is this Sunday at the Bob and Ron’s 5K, which this year is the first race in the three race Great Aloha Run Readiness Series. My goal is to be faster than I was last year.
Last year I did the SAM’s 5K (technically it was in December of 2009) at a pace of 11:03.
Just this past Sunday I ran a three miler–not quite a 5K, but really right there. In fact, I’ve run them two consecutive Sundays. Here’s how I did the first time, with a weight of 179.8 and body fat at 29.1%:

Improving. Hopefully I can continue to improve, although this is certainly not sustainable.
