My Story, Part One Hundred Eighty Five
I’m tired, but pleased. I ran the best race of my life on Sunday, coming in at a pace almost two minutes per mile than the previous year, a pace more than half a minute faster than I was hoping for.
Success has been happening with all of my running events recently.
I am hoping that spills over to the Great Aloha Run in what will be my fourth attempt this year. I’m targeting an 11 minute per mile pace which would be more than two minutes a mile faster than my 2010 time and 1:44 per mile faster than I’ve ever run this event before.
I think those are high targets, but targets I can hit nonetheless, given my progress so far this year.
